Below you will find some information on how to order at FuneralNotes.com. Reading the following sections will answer many questions that may arise during the ordering process. At the bottom of the page we list several tips for entering your order.

The easiest way to browse through the products listed at FuneralNotes.com is to click on Sympathy Notes or Acknowledgements on the left side of the page. In either of these categories, you will view corner cuts of available items. To see the full image, click on the picture.

To get a more detailed view of an item, click on the product image and you will see a larger image. If you are interested in purchasing the product, click on Order this item and you will be directed to a screen that displays the item number you have just selected.

The order form screen displays the item number you have just selected. At this screen you are asked to enter the quantity, format, justification, paper color, ink color, and lettering style. You are also given up to 15 lines to personalize the item you have selected.

To view lettering styles available, click on View Samples of Lettering Styles to the right of the box displaying the current lettering style. You also have the option to add suggested text to your merchandise in the form of poetry, quotations, and scripture. To view our library of quotations, poetry and scripture in the ordering screen, click on the arrow in the box to the right of suggested text and highlight the category you would like to browse. In the window that appears, use the arrow keys to move to the next/previous passage. Once you have found your desired selection, click on Choose This One and you will be directed back to the order form and the text you selected will now appear on the order form.

The quotation, poem, or scripture will appear at the top of the personalization. You may continue to enter your own text on later lines.

If you do not like the text you have selected, click on Remove Suggested Text to the right of the suggested text box, or choose another quotation, poem, or scripture.

When entering the personalization please be careful to spell everything correctly, as we will print your order exactly the way you enter it. Please note that products pictured with names in all uppercase letters will be printed in all uppercase letters. Products pictured with upper and lowercase letters will be printed with upper and lowercase letters.

After you have entered the desired options and text, click on Continue. You will be shown an image of the item with text to confirm the information you just entered. Please check this information carefully. If it is correct click Add to Cart. If it is not what you want, click Modify and you will be directed back so that you may correct the information.

If you click Add to Cart you will be directed to the Shopping Cart. Here, you will see all of the products that you have entered and their cost. The total cost with tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be shown on the Check Out page. On this page, you can view, edit, or delete from the cart any of the orders placed there by clicking the appropriate link to the right of the item.

If you want to add more orders to the cart, click the Continue Shopping button. Placing multiple orders together may reduce shipping costs and the number of times your credit card is billed.

If everything is correct and you are done shopping, you then are ready to check out. You can do so by clicking on the Checkout button.

After you have completed your shopping and selected Checkout in the Shopping Cart page, you will be directed to our secure server and the Checkout screen. Here, you will see a list of the items you are ordering and the total dollar amount that your credit card will be billed.

If you have a coupon to redeem, enter the coupon name into the coupon field at the bottom of the page, then click the Redeem Coupon button. If the coupon information is valid, the coupon discount amount will appear on the screen, and the order total will be reduced the appropriate amount.

After viewing this information click on Credit Card Information. In the ensuing screen you will be asked for your billing address and credit card information. When you have completed this page, click on Submit Order to finalize your order.

1. Envelopes are not included. They are designed to be purchased as a separate item. Envelopes are available unlined and unprinted, unlined and printed, or lined and printed.

   Please note when selecting a lined envelope, the price of the return address option is included. You may choose to leave the lined envelopes unprinted, but no discount in price will be offered.

2. Use the product photos as a guide when entering your order. Simply click on the item you would like to order.
3. All of our merchandise was designed for a commercial printing environment. The use of our merchandise in a customer's printer is at the customers own risk. We do not guarantee our merchandise will print on all printing equipment.
4. Additional sets of selected items are offered at a discount. If you change the quantity of your merchandise in the shopping cart you will notice that the price will adjust based on the discount given for that particular quantity. Note also that items are sold in certain amounts. For example, if you enter 119 for an item's quantity, it may be rounded up to 125, depending on the item.
